Plans are in place to upgrade the seating facilities at Blue Sox Stadium, Blacktown International Sportspark, before the 2011-2012 Australian Baseball League season.
Additional bleacher seating will be installed behind home plate and along the first and third base lines. This will double the capacity of Blue Sox Stadium, and ensure that all fans who want to attend a game will be assured of a seat.

Blue Sox General Manager, David Balfour, said that the additional seating is an important part of the club's strategy for the new season. "We have done the work to double the seating capacity," said Balfour. "We want people to feel they can come to the game and be confident they will get a seat. This strategy sits along side our members' seat buy back initiative".
The Blue Sox encourage fans to get online and get their tickets before coming to the ground. Pre-purchasing tickets online costs less, gives guaranteed seats, and enters you into the draw to win a trip to the World Series.
