The Alcohol. Think Again Perth Heat would like to congratulate Tim Kennelly and Robbie Glendinning on their selection to the 2018/19 Australian Baseball League Players' Choice Team of the Year.

After hitting above .300 for the fifth time in his career, Kennelly was selected as the team's Right Fielder, while young-gun Glendinning was named at Third Base after leading the Heat with a .364 average.

Perth's Head of Baseball Operations, Lachlan Dale says the pair's selection is a massive compliment to the hard work they have put in this season.

"It's the ultimate mark of respect from your peers," Dale said.

"Both Tim and Robbie have been leaders on and off the field for us this year and it's great to see their efforts recognised by the rest of the league."

The selection caps off a stellar season for Kennelly, who at 32, led the Heat with 54 hits and 38 runs scored.

Glendinning, meanwhile, burst onto the scene after linking up with the team in Round 4 - leading his team all the way to a first Championship Series berth since 2015.
