Jake Fraley and Jess Williams have dominated the Baseball WA & Perth Heat Awards Night, each claiming two awards.

Fraley, who led the team in stolen bases (39), runs scored (50), home runs (13) and RBIs (39) took out the Offensive Player of the Year and the Rod Bryne Most Valuable Player.

"I want to take a moment to thank everyone involved in the Perth Heat," he said.

"These awards are because of you guys, and it's been an absolute blessing getting to know you."

The Tampa Bay Rays prospect had a standout debut Australian Baseball League season as he smashed the single-season stolen base record of 31 set by Canberra's Jon Berti in 2013/14.

It was also a great evening for young-gun Williams, who won Fans' Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year.

The 18-year-old infielder hit .310 with 34 RBIs in a breakout sophomore season.

The Milwaukee Brewers farmyard says he has a lot to learn, however.

"I've still got a long way to go, and got quite a few things that I need to work on," he said.

Cameron Lamb was named Pitcher of the Year after collecting a league-high six saves to go along with a 3-1 win/loss record.

The 28-year-old veteran pitched to a 3.13 ERA and earned ABL All-Star and Team Australia honours.
