Seeing-eye dogs and/or assistance dogs are allowed into Barratt Reserve. No other animals are permitted.

There is no ATM in Barratt Reserve, however, you can get cash back after purchasing items at the Bite Merchandise stand.

Fans are permitted to request player autographs along the railings near the playing field until 20 minutes prior to the start of the game and after the game concludes. The Adelaide Bite players sign autographs after every game near their dugout on the leftfield side of the field.



Banners containing advertising are strictly prohibited from being displayed within the stadium without the consent of the Adelaide Bite management. Fans may display signs if in good taste and so not to create an inconvenience to other fans.

Beverages and beer are located at several areas in Barratt Reserve. No alcohol is allowed to enter or be removed from the facility.



The Bite's mascot is available for appearances upon request.

Credit Cards
The Adelaide Bite gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.



Donation Requests
All donation requests can be sent to Please include as much detail as possible. Requests generally take about two weeks to review.



Except for an official game cancellation or rainout, there may not be any exchanges or refunds once a ticket has been purchased. Please see "Official Game" under the "O" section for more information.

Fan Behaviour
Persons using obscene or abusive language, or engaging in any conduct offensive to those around them will be asked by Adelaide Bite management, staff, or security personnel to cease this conduct or be subject to ejection from Barratt Reserve.

Fan Interference
Fans are requested not to interfere with a ball or trespass onto the playing field. Interference and trespassing are prohibited by Adelaide Bite policy. Persons who violate this ordinance are subject to ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.

First Aid Station
St. John's Medical is present at every home match at Barratt Reserve. You can contact St. John's by asking any employee or at Guest Services.

Food And Beverage
No outside commercial food or beverages may be brought into Barratt Reserve.

Foul Balls
Spectators may keep any ball hit into the stands as a souvenir. However, fans must not go onto the field, throw objects onto the field or interfere with balls in play. Foul Balls make great souvenirs and can be autographed by your favorite Bite players after the game!

Fundraising options exist for all sport clubs, social clubs, and charities. Please contact the Front Office at for more information.



Gates Open
Gates open one and a half hours prior to the start time of the game, except on doubleheaders where the gates will open one hour prior to the start of the game. Gates will remain open between games of a doubleheader. All ballpark services are available once the gates have opened. Special arrangements must be made for early entry.

Handicap Seating/Accessibility
Barratt Reserve is handicap-accessible and there are designated handicap areas. Please contact the Front Office prior to attending a match if you require special assistance so that we can ensure your visit to Barratt Reserve is as comfortable as possible.

Kids Club
The Adelaide Bite Kids Club is FREE for all children ages 15 and under. The list of membership benefits are available on the Kids Club page on the Bite web site.



Lost and Found
Articles can be turned in and claimed at Guest Services, located on the main staircase behind home plate. To inquire about lost items on non-game days, please contact the Adelaide Bite Front Office at +61 8 8331 2675.

Merchandise is available for purchase on game days at the Merchandise Stand behind home plate and also online at the Official Online Store of the Australian Baseball League. Mobile Phones
The use of mobile phones is permitted at Adelaide Shores Baseball Complex, provided such use does not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Official Game
A game is considered official after four and a half innings of play or five full innings if the Bite are losing at the time of the delay.



There is no car park available at Adelaide Shores Baseball Complex, however, there is ample parking on the streets surrounding.

Rain Check Policy
In the event that 4 ½ innings have not yet been played, your ticket stub may be redeemed for one ticket of equal or lesser value to any future Bite regularly scheduled home games throughout the season. Tickets are subject to availability.

You are allowed to re-enter Barratt Reserve if you exit, provided you are re-entering between the times the gates open and the gates shut. Make sure to see one of our ticket representatives at the gate to get a stamp signifying you are a ticket holder.



Shark Tank
The Shark Tank is the best seat in the Australian Baseball League. You can enjoy the action of Bite games from right on the field! To reserve a Shark Tank corporate package for a game, please visit the Shark Tank page.

Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in all areas of Barratt Reserve.
