Membership FAQ's

Sign me up! How do I arrange a new membership or renew my current membership with the Aces?

Members can renew their Aces membership the following ways:

  • via email at
  • via post at PO Box 1231, Altona Meadows, VIC 3028
  • or call us at (03) 8360 9371 to speak to one of our Aces staff to arrange your membership

How do you allocate seats for members?

All renewing members have the opportunity to keep their same seat from the previous season. To guarantee your same seat you must renew your membership by the last series of the Regular Season. If you do not renew by this time your same seat cannot be guaranteed.

Members who sign up earlier will receive priority in seat allocation over members who sign later.

I'm a new member, how can I choose my seat?

The Aces will endeavour to satisfy seat requests but cannot accommodate every request. Please indicate your seat preference while arranging your membership.

What is a Family membership?

A family membership consists of 2x Adults and 2x Children under the age of 16.

When will I receive my membership pack and tickets?

Member packs and tickets will be delivered prior to the any Exhibition Games scheduled in October (Date TBD).

How do I change my Personal Details?

Members are able to update personal details by emailing or by calling Aces HQ at (03) 8360 9371.

I'd like to provide feedback about my member experience. How do I do this?

The Aces welcome all feedback and consider it an integral part of our operation. Please email with any comments.

Can I buy a membership at the game?

You can sign up or submit your application form at our Information Booth at all Aces home games. An Aces staff member will be available to answer your questions as you are filling out your application form.

Can someone else use my tickets?

Aces members are entitled to transfer their tickets providing the new ticket holder is the equivalent level of entry. Bear in mind that tickets are pre-issued to all members and are required for entry to the ballpark (a member card is insufficient).

I'm a season reserved seat holder and want to take another person to the game and they would like to sit with me. Is this possible?

If you wish to sit with another person for a specific game, contact Aces HQ at (03) 8360 9371 or email While seating and availability is limited, we will do our best to arrange a reserved seat ticket.

I left my ticket at home. Can I still access the game?

Members can be issue replacement tickets in the event their tickets were not brought to the game.
