Sign me up! How do I arrange a new membership or renew my current membership with the Heat?

Members can renew their Heat membership the following ways:

  • Sign up online here
  • Stop in at Fielders Choice (341 Orrong Road, Kewdale)
  • Contact the office on (08) 1300 557 353 or admin@perthheat.com.au

What's included in a Perth Heat Membership?

The Heat have membership options to suit every budget and schedule. Take a look at our Membership Page which has the full list of benefits for every membership type.

How do you allocate seats for members?

All renewing members have the opportunity to keep their same seat from the previous season. To guarantee your same seat you must renew your membership by the reserve seat cut-off date of 28th February 2017. If you do not renew by this time your same seat cannot be guaranteed.

New members who sign up earlier will receive priority in seat allocation over members who sign later. If you're signing up online you get to select your seat when you purchase, if you sign up by any other means a Heat rep will give you a call to discuss your seating options.
If for any reason you would like to change seats during the season that's not a problem, just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is a Family membership?

A family membership consists of (2) Adults and (2) Children under the age of 13. If buying online, please select "4" as the number of memberships and each one will be charged at 1/4 of the total Family Membership Price.

When will I receive my membership pack and tickets?

Member Packs will be available for pick up and delivery in July/August, and your scannable entry card will be waiting for you at the first game you attend. We will keep everyone advised!

How do I change my Personal Details?

Members are able to update personal details by emailing admin@perthheat.com.au or by calling Heat HQ at 1300 557 353.

I'd like to provide feedback about my member experience. How do I do this?

The Heat welcome all feedback and considering it an integral part of our operation. Please email admin@perthheat.com.au with any comments.

Can someone else use my tickets?

Heat members are entitled to transfer their tickets providing the new ticket holder is the equivalent level of entry (i.e. a child membership can only be used by a child). Bear in mind that tickets are pre-issued to all members and are required for entry to the ballpark.

I forgot to bring my scannable entry card, can I still get into the game?

Yes, if you head to the Box Office we can look you up in the system and issue a one off ticket. However please try to avoid this wherever possible so we can keep the Box Office Collection queues to a minimum!

I've lost my entry card! How do I get a new one?

Please contact the Heat office at admin@perthheat.com.au and we'll sort you out.

I'm a season reserved seat holder and want to take another person to the game and they would like to sit with me. Is this possible?

The reserved seat section behind home plate is now reserved exclusively for Members and their guests. If you would like to buy one off tickets near you, please call the office or email admin@perthheat.com.au, and we will do our best to accommodate you. One-off reserved seats for Member Guests will be charged at a rate of $25 per seat.
