How do I sign up as a member?

What member benefits do I get?

What's a family membership?

  • A family membership consists of (2) Adults and (2) Children under the age of 18. If buying online, please select "4" as the number of memberships and each one will be charged at 1/4 of the total Family Membership Price.

When do I pick up my members pack and card?

  • Your members pack and card will be available on members day or the first game you attend. We will email all members inviting them to members day.

I forgot to bring my scannable entry card, can I still get into the game?

  • Yes, if you head to the Box Office or membership desk at the front gate we can issue a pass into he game. However please try to avoid this wherever possible so we can keep the Box Office Collection queues to a minimum!

I've lost my entry card! How do I get a new one?

Where do I get tickets? 

  • Online: Click Here, tickets are cheaper online!
  • Box office: Tickets are available the front gate 1 hour before the game starts.
  • Phone: Call 1300 557 353 and we can process your tickets for you. 
  • Fielders Choice: Tickets may be available at Fielder's Choice. 

How do I contact ticket support?

How do I print tickets I purchased online?  

  • If you have opted to print your tickets at home, you should have been sent an email from the Perth Heat and Tickets.com. Check your email and click the link that says, 'view and print tickets.' If you're still having trouble please call support on 1300 557 353.
